This company ROCKS!
About 2 - 3 months ago, I happened to buy one of their culinary sauces: Apricot Cherry Amaretto, to be exact. I think I got it from Sutton Place/Balducci's or Wild Oats (on one of our road trips) but can't remember for sure.
I just recently placed a Web order for more; the first bottle has been used up. In addition to getting more A-C-A sauce, I decided to try two more flavors: Caribbean Banana Caramel, and Raspberry Peach.
Oh, heaven.
Here are two of my favorite uses for the A-C-A sauce:
Salad dressing: 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon A-C-A sauce, 1 tablespoon Peach balsamic vinegar. This is especially good on a salad that includes dried fruit or fresh pear or apple.
Fish: top a thick fish fillet (sea bass, halibut, etc.) with A-C-A sauce, then sprinkle some Tsunami Spin on top. Bake as appropriate for type of fish and thickness. It will knock your socks off. Seriously.
The salad dressing is also good with the C-B-C sauce, too, and a bit of cinnamon mixed in.
When I get more time to spend in the kitchen, I am going to think up some great uses for the R-P sauce.
